See No Evil

Initially I wasn't at all interested in seeing this run of the mill slasher flick starring the popular wrestler Kane, but after reading a few interesting tidbits about the movie I changed my tune. I read that Kane's Jacob Goodnight was a very cool character in the vein of Jason Voorhees (except that he's not a zombie), it featured some very graphic and creative kills and it's directed by fairly well known ex-porno director Gregory Dark. I had to see this! Well, even though it doesn't offer any torrid sex scenes mixed in with the mayhem it sure delivers on the horror delights! Severed limbs, gouged out eyes, axes to the head, spikes through the face and more! It also contains one of the all time best villain offings in the history of film (and stay until the end of the final credits to see the filmmakers add insult to injury). It's a standard slasher film that does nothing to advance the genre, but it's a pretty good diversion.
